Excerpt lifted from Vincenzo Profaci's dossier in the Themis Database, circa 2063:

"Although Cen’s career took off after Operation Nyx, his personal life took an incredibly dark turn. He and Cisco Montelibano married each other soon a little after the Breaking of the Veil, and – bending to his wife’s wishes – attempted to have a child. Suffice to say, their firstborn became a spirit child just as he and many others had feared. Cen ended up taking his own son’s life. The death of their one and only child drove a wedge between the pair, one that only started to disappear after a decade.

During the ten years that he spent away from Cisco, Cen became Lex’s right hand man and human counterpart at Haven, and participated in managing all of the night club’s branches together with the rest of Ordo Daywalker’s assets around the globe. He also became the Alpha of the Lodge of the Vigil in the Philippines, soon after declining the position of Alpha in Italy’s own Lodge. Another thing that he had to deal with was the deaths of his parents, and taking charge of the Profaci Clan. Beyond all of that, he continued to participate in many of Netsach’s operations during the Darkest Vigil.

When Cisco finally returned to Netsach, Cen focused his energies on patching things up between the two of them, and coming to accept the fact that his wife had become involved with one of her own kind during their time apart, and had given birth to two kids. The process of healing naturally took more than a few years, but at present, it’s rather difficult for anyone who didn’t know them before to tell that their relationship had nearly collapsed.

Cen retired from an active Hunting role after the Armistice at Blaece, opting to focus more on managing Haven, the maintenance of the Lodge of the Vigil, and watching over his clan. This has naturally given him more time with Cisco and his adopted children."
